A one hour ($75.00) deposit is required when booking a session. This amount is fully refundable if a session needs to be changed or cancelled, PROVIDED THAT I receive a phone call before the scheduled session time. I cannot refund a deposit if you schedule a session and do not show up for it and do not call. I think that this is called “fairness”.

I usually require about a week’s advance notice for booking a session, but it does vary and sometimes I can get you in at a moment’s notice. However there will also be times when I may not have anything available for two or three weeks, but a week is usually the average.

Note, this does not apply to a scheduling a visit to see and “check out” the studio for the first time. These visits usually only last about 45 minutes or less and are fairly easy to schedule around or in between sessions. To schedule such a visit, usually only a day or two’s notice is necessary.
